9/64 bur, steel rod and plastic drilling sleeve with a ITI® Implant & 4.0mm Solid Abutment 

Using the 3/32 bur, tripodize your model on surveyor, then use the 9/64 bur, drill 6.0mm in stone 

Block out undercuts and fabricate a clear coping 0.080, on the 9/64 - 16.0mm rod (6.0mm in stone)

The ITI® 4.1mm Implant has a 3.5mm core (9/64) which is last drill used for this implant surgery

Lateral view of the Drilling sleeve in the Template, inner diameter is 2.2mm (3/32) 

The Drilling sleeve is used for the round burs and 2.2mm drill then removed for the final 3.5mm
