Insert a 16mm pin into the model |
Seal the pin with wax and block out the undercuts |

Apply separator to the model |
Nail polish is used to apply Barium |
|
|
|
Nail polish is painted in the area of the proposed
replacement tooth along with the Barium |
Barium is added to the original suck down after the
clear nail polish has been painted on the interior of the suck
down |
|
|
|
Allow the Barium and nail polish to dry |
Provisional resin is injected into the suck down |
|
|
|
Seat the suck down on the model over the 3/32
pins |
When the provisional material is set up remove it
from the model |
|
|
|
The pins are then rotated and removed |
After the pins are removed fill in the negative that
was created by the pins with gutta percha |
