Radiographic and Surgical Template Fabrication

Denture teeth and light-cured resin are used to position the teeth in the ideal position.

With the treatment TEAM, implant number, type and placement should be determined based upon the diagnostic wax-up. When replacing four adjacent teeth in the esthetic zone, many implant configurations exist. Pros and cons for each plan are outlined and discussed with the team and patient.
